Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

We ship to all Australian states and territories.

Orders are dispatched via our supplier and courier partners using standard road freight. Some products are shipped directly from supplier warehouses as part of our fulfilment process.


Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping

A flat rate of $15 applies to most standard-sized items delivered to metropolitan and major regional areas within Australia.

Regional, Remote & Bulky Items

Due to freight carrier limitations, additional charges may apply for:

  • regional or remote delivery locations
  • bulky, oversized, or heavy items

If an order requires additional freight charges, we will contact you prior to dispatch with the applicable cost. You may choose to proceed or cancel the order at that time.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metropolitan areas: typically 2–7 business days
  • Regional & remote areas: delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier availability

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, weather, or peak periods.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products only.

We do not accept:

  • change of mind returns
  • returns for incorrect selection or compatibility
  • exchanges

Return Authorisation (R/A)

All returns require prior Return Authorisation (R/A).

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an R/A number. Requests must include:

  • order number
  • description of the issue
  • photos where applicable

Items returned without an approved R/A may not be accepted.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will arrange a:

  • replacement, or
  • refund

This will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Process

  • Returns must be approved before being sent back
  • Return instructions and address details will be provided once the R/A is approved
  • Return addresses may vary depending on supplier and product type
  • Items should be returned in original packaging where possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • software or digital licenses
  • consumables once opened (including ink, toner, batteries)
  • items marked as non-returnable on the product page
